目的了解肿瘤专科医院医务工作者的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为提出针对性对策和干预措施提供参考.方法选取新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院933名医务工作者为研究对象,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自制个人情况调查问卷对他们进行问卷调查.结果肿瘤专科医院医务工作者在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖及精神病性的因子分均高于国内成人正常水平(P<0.01);不同性别、年龄、民族、从事专业类别、从事本专业工作的年数、科室、学历、职称、收入水平、日工作时间等人口学特征的医务工作者在SCL-90量表不同因子分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从事外科专业、硕士学历为影响医务工作者心理健康状况的危险因素,月收入3 000~4 999元为保护因素(P<0.05).结论医务人员心理健康状况不容乐观,应采取必要措施进行心理干预,以促进与保护医务人员身心健康.

Objective To investigate the mental health status among medical staff in the cancer hospital and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for targeted countermeasures and intervention measures. Methods A total of 933 medical staff in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as subjects, which were surveyed by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and demographic characteristics questionnaire. Results The score of somatization, forcing symptoms, depression, anxiety, hostility, horror and psychotic items in SCL-90 of the subjects were significantly higher than the national adult normal level (P<0.01). The results of SCL-90 presented statistically significant difference between different gender, age, nationality, professional category, working life, departments, education level, professional title, income level, daily working hours (P<0.05). Surgical specialty and master degree were the risk factors influencing the mental health status. Average monthly income of 3 000~4 999 yuan was protective factors (P<0.05). Conclusion The mental health status of the medical staff is not optimistic. Im-proving medical staff's mental health status and setting up relevant intervention were in urgent need.
