为丰富河北省保定市中熟苹果品种，从其他产区引进优良中熟新品种摩利斯、绿帅、华硕、蜜脆、嘎啦、美八、大红荣、信浓黄、中秋王、凯蜜欧在保定试栽。对10个品种树体生长发育进行连续4年调查，并对其果实进行品质评价。结果表明，树体生长发育以美八综合表现突出，果实品质以大红荣最佳，综合树体生长及果实品质评价，发现大红荣、美八、摩利斯较适宜保定地区栽植。
위봉부하북성보정시중숙평과품충，종기타산구인진우량중숙신품충마리사、록수、화석、밀취、알랍、미팔、대홍영、신농황、중추왕、개밀구재보정시재。대10개품충수체생장발육진행련속4년조사，병대기과실진행품질평개。결과표명，수체생장발육이미팔종합표현돌출，과실품질이대홍영최가，종합수체생장급과실품질평개，발현대홍영、미팔、마리사교괄의보정지구재식。
In order to enrich the cultivars of moderate maturity apple in Baoding area of Hebei province, 10 new cultivars with good characters namely Molis, Lvshuai, Huashuo, Micui, Gala, Meiba, Dahongrong, Xinnong-huang, Zhongqiuwang, and C-ameo, were introduced and planted in Baoding. After many years investigation of relevant indicators of tree growth and assessment of fruit characters, the results showed that the tree growth of Meibai was the best, while the fruit characters of Dahongrong was the best.With an integrated combination of these two elements, Dahongrong, Meiba and Molis were the most appropriate cultivars for planting in Baoding area.
