目的 比较撬拨和切开复位后植入物内固定治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折疗效差异.方法 选取2009年1月至2014年2月我院收治的102例SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为A组和B组,每组51例,A组行撬拨复位内固定术,B组行切开复位内固定术.综合比较两组患者术后足部功能优良率、治疗前后B(o)hler角、Gissane角.结果 A组足部功能优良率为72.5%,B组为88.2%,B组优良率高于A组(P<0.05);手术后1年,两组患者B(o)hler角、Gissane角均恢复正常(P>0.05).结论 撬拨复位内固定和切开复位内固定均是治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折的有效方式,切开复位内固定术术后足功能恢复良好.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound internal fixation after poking versus open reduction for Sanders Ⅱ calcaneal fractures.Methods 102 patients with Sanders Ⅱ calcaneal fractures treated at our hospital from January, 2009 to February, 2014 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into group A and group B, 51 for each group.Group A were treated with internal fixation after poking reduction and group B after open reduction.The excellent rate of foot function, B(o)hier angle,and Gissane angle before and after the treatment were compared between these two groups.Results The excellent rate of foot function of group A was 72.5%,which was lower than that of group B (88.2%) (P<0.05).1 year after the surgery, the B(o)hler angle and Gissane angle recovered back to normal in both groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Internal fixations after poking and open reduction for Sanders Ⅱ calcaneal fractures were both effective.The foot function recovers better in internal fixation after open reduction.
