目的：延冰片是由延胡索、冰片以及辅料等组成的片剂，临床用于治疗冠心病，心绞痛。研究旨在制定延冰片中脱氢紫堇碱的含量限度。方法：以脱氢紫堇碱作为延冰片成品的跟踪指标，采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果：延冰片以脱氢紫堇碱作为定性鉴别标准，脱氢紫堇碱的含量不得少4．25mg／g。结论：该方法测定脱氢紫堇碱的含量可行性良好，可作为延冰片质量控制的指标之一。
목적：연빙편시유연호색、빙편이급보료등조성적편제，림상용우치료관심병，심교통。연구지재제정연빙편중탈경자근감적함량한도。방법：이탈경자근감작위연빙편성품적근종지표，채용고효액상색보법측정기함량。결과：연빙편이탈경자근감작위정성감별표준，탈경자근감적함량불득소4．25mg／g。결론：해방법측정탈경자근감적함량가행성량호，가작위연빙편질량공제적지표지일。
Objective Rhizoma corydalis borneol tablets dosage form consists of corydalis rhizome,borneolum syntheticum and auxiliary material,and other two taste of traditional Chinese medicine,mainly used for coronary heart disease,the treatment of angina pectoris.The purpose of this paper is to develop content limit extension of dehydrocorydaline in rhizoma corydalis borneol.Methods Using orthogonal design method,taking the extract the alkaloids content as index,The quality standards for Dehydrocorydaline,borneol tablets dosage form.Quantitative analysis of its content by HPLC.Results The formulation for Dehydrocorydaline as qualitative identi-fication standard,the content of dehydrocorydaline shall not be less than 4.25mg/g.To develop a limit for the product.Conclusion This experiment optimized production technology is considered feasible and reasonable,And the quality is stable and controllable.As one of the indicators of the quality control of Rhizoma corydalis borneol.
