膜法水中提气具有体积小,运行成本低、无污染、操作简便安全等优点,在水下供氧方面具有良好的应用前景。采用聚丙烯(PP)中空纤维疏水膜进行水中提气的实验研究,考察了膜丝结构、操作条件、组件形式等对提气通量的影响。实验结果表明,内径越小,装填密度越小,流速增大,真空度越高,提气通量是越大。提气方向与水流成反方向流动时,有利于提气通量提高。进水为淡水时提气通量高于进水为海水。具有多孔中心管的膜组件比无中心管的膜组件提气通量高很多。

The method of harvesting gas from water by membrane has good application prospects because of the advantages of small volume,low operating cost,no pollution,safe and convenient operation.In this paper,hy-drophobic polypropylene (PP)hollow fiber membrane was applied in the experiments to investigate the influ-ence of membrane structure,operating conditions and module structure on gas extraction flux.The results show that the gas extraction flux increases with reducing inner diameter and packing density,increasing flow rate and vacuum degree.When the gas extraction direction is opposite to the fluid flow direction,it is beneficial for the improvement of the gas extraction flux.Also the gas extraction flux is higher with tap water as feed than the seawater.However the module construction has fairly obvious effect on the gas extraction flux and a module with central porous distribution tube has higher gas extraction flux than the one without a central porous distri-bution tube.
