采用机械球磨方法合成氧化石墨基聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(GO/PMMA)复合材料,并采用热压成型方法制备GO/PMMA义齿基托复合材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对所制备的GO/PM‐MA复合材料的断面微观形貌进行了表征,并采用显微硬度测试仪和摩擦磨损试验机对所制备的GO/PMMA复合材料的硬度以及摩擦学性能进行了测试和研究。结果表明:填料GO的加入,使得PMMA的表面形貌变得粗糙,同时增强了所制备的GO/PMMA复合材料的硬度和耐磨性能。

GO/PMMA composite materials were preparedthrough the mechanical ball milling techn‐ologyand processed according to the hot pressingmethod .ThemorphologyofGO/PMMA was character‐ized by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) .The micro‐hardness and tribological performanceof GO/PMMA in artificial saliva were studied by themicrohardness meter and UHM‐3MT wear testing .These results showed that the GO/PMMA section morphology became irregular and coarse .The micro‐hard‐ness of GO/PMMA showed rapid increase trend .The GO/PMMA compositematerials exhibited well‐wear resistancein artificial saliva lubricating medium .
