对紫色鸢尾花色苷溶剂提取法的提取工艺进行了研究,考察了提取时间、提取温度、料液比、提取剂体积分数等因素的影响,并利用正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明,料液比是影响花色苷提取效果的主要因素,最佳提取条件是料液比1:10、提取剂体积分数80%、提取时间3 h、提取温度60℃.此工艺简单易于操作,提取效果较好,可用于紫色鸢尾花色苷的提取.

Extraction technology of anthocyanin from Iris tectorum was studied .Effects from ex‐tractant volume fraction ,extraction temperature ,extraction time ,liquid solid ratio were studied by sin‐gle factor experiment .The optimum extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment . The results showed that the first factor affecting extraction effect was liquid solid ratio .The optimum extraction conditions are solid‐liquid ratio 1:10 ,extraction time 3h ,extractant volume fraction 80% , extraction temperature 60 ℃ .
