天然气压缩机组现场运行环境恶劣，导致机组控制系统故障率高，影响了天然气产量。阐述了油田公司16SGT／W74大型天然气压缩机组自控系统的特点、构成及常出现的故障。根据现场经验，总结了六项机组维修前故障诊断原则，归纳了五种机组维修故障诊断方法，故障诊断方法的应用解决了多种机组故障，减少了压缩机组故障诊断和机组停机时间，提高了机组的利用率。

Poor runtime environment of the natural gas compressor set leads to high fault rate of its control system,thus affecting the production output of natural gas.This paper explains the characters,composition and common faults of the automatic control system of 16SGT/W74 large natural gas compressor set of the oilfield company.Based on field experience,the paper summarizes six fault diagnosis principles before unit maintenance and induces five fault diagnosis methods.Their application can solve a variety of failures of the compressor set,reduce its fault diagnosis time and downtime,and improve its utilization factor.
