近年来,危险化学品火灾事故频繁发生,使危险化学品火灾成为城市安全的重大隐患,城市消防能力评估成为城市安全的一项重要内容。本文依据消防站点设置的基本原则,采用GIS (Geographic Information System )的空间分析功能,以山东省聊城市为例,对发生危险化学品火灾后的消防处置能力进行评估,对于保障城市安全具有一定借鉴意义。
近年來,危險化學品火災事故頻繁髮生,使危險化學品火災成為城市安全的重大隱患,城市消防能力評估成為城市安全的一項重要內容。本文依據消防站點設置的基本原則,採用GIS (Geographic Information System )的空間分析功能,以山東省聊城市為例,對髮生危險化學品火災後的消防處置能力進行評估,對于保障城市安全具有一定藉鑒意義。
근년래,위험화학품화재사고빈번발생,사위험화학품화재성위성시안전적중대은환,성시소방능력평고성위성시안전적일항중요내용。본문의거소방참점설치적기본원칙,채용GIS (Geographic Information System )적공간분석공능,이산동성료성시위례,대발생위험화학품화재후적소방처치능력진행평고,대우보장성시안전구유일정차감의의。
In recent years ,fire accidents caused by dangerous chemicals have become a big threat to the security of cities ,and the assessment of city fire ability become an important part of urban security . In this paper ,based on the basic principles of setting fire sites ,we take the spatial analysis function of GIS (Geographic Information System ) ,for example in Liaocheng City ,Shandong Province ,then we evaluated the ability of disposal of accidents caused by dangerous chemicals ,it will make some reference for the protection of urban safety .
