为保证机组安全、经济运行，提高调节品质，采用DCS对电厂自动控制回路进行优化是目前电力行业发展的趋势。论文主要介绍了 UW600分散控制系统的结构和特点，及其在山西七一华富生物质2-15MW 机组上的应用实践。重点针对了部分控制回路的控制策略做了详细的阐述。结果表明，机组及系统运行安全稳定、运行操作方便快捷、报警联锁及时可靠，自动控制回路成功投运，取得了很好的控制调节效果，全面保证了机组的安全、经济运行，提高了机组整体自动化水平。

Order to ensure safe-running of the Generating unit,improve the control quality,optimization of the auto-control loop with DCS is the trend in development of the electric power industry.This paper deals with the characteristic of industry automatic control system of UW600 DCS and the application of UW600 DCS control system in the power plant of 2 - 15MW Generating unit in QIYIHUAFU SHANXI province and it is emphases of the control strategy particular with part auto-control loop.The results demonstrate that the generating unit and system is safe-running,convenient to operate,and alarm interlock timely;The successful operation of the auto-control loop achieved good effect,to guarantee the security and economic operation of the generating unit,to improve the overall level of automation unit.
