电能质量监测设备RTC（Real－Time Clock）实时时钟的准确度是确保监测数据准确、一致与可信的基础，对该类设备实时时钟精度进行测试具有重要意义。基于 IEC 62586标准要求，设计研制了一种电能质量监测设备自动测试系统，将电能质量监测设备、测试设备与虚拟仪器测试软件有机结合，快速完成多种类型的电能质量监测设备 RTC 时钟精度的测试工作，测试结果准确，完全满足实时时钟测试需求。

The RTC accuracy of power quality monitoring instrument is the basis to ensure the monitoring data accurate,consistent and credible. Testing of the real-time clock accuracy of instrument has the vital significance.The comprehensive test of power quality monitoring instrument is basis to ensure the accuracy,consistence and credible of monitoring data,and is significant for R&D and popularization of the instrument.Based on the testing requirements of IEC 62586,a test system of power quality monitoring instrument is designed and developed,which synthesizes power quality monitoring instrument,test equipment and VI auto-test software.The system can rapidly complete the test for multiple types of power quality monitoring instruments,totally meeting the requirement of RTC test.
