工作过程知识是德国学习领域课程开发过程中的重要因素，直接影响着学习领域课程开发的质量。工作过程知识的本质是参与工作过程的主体用自己已有的认知经验对一项工作过程涉及的各个方面的相关信息做出反应和表现，并根据自身工作的需要对相关信息进行真假辨别和意义判断，并采取相应行为策略的过程。工作过程知识具有客观性、主体性、过程性等特点。工作过程知识的心理存在形式更便于优化教学，工作过程知识具有绝对价值与相对价值，更利于培养学生的职业能力。

The work process knowledge is an important factor during the developing of curriculum in the Learning Field Curriculum of Germany .The distinct cognition of the work process knowledge ensures the quality of curriculum developing in the Learning Field Curriculum .The essence of the work process knowledge is that it’s a process that the principal part who takes part in his job using his own cognitive experience to react and represent on all aspects of the related information during a work process ,and then distinguishing the information according to his work need , and taking some actions and strategies .The work process knowledge has the features of objectivity and subjectivity , etc.The mental existence form of the work process knowledge is good at optimizing teaching .The work process knowledge has absolute and relative value which could cultivate the professional ability of student .
