采用光谱法进行低浓度CO( ppm量级)检测时,由于信号强度低,噪声强,很难真实有效的将信号将测出来。针对这一特点,设计了一种基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱( TDLAS)技术的低浓度CO气体在线监测系统。该系统采用TDLAS技术,可以获得精细的CO吸收光谱信息,因此可以降低其他成分吸收的干扰。同时采用放大-滤波-再放大过程实现系统降噪,能够很好的获得低浓度CO的光吸收信息。经测试,该系统还具有较好的实时性、灵敏度和较高的准确性。

Because of the signal intensity is low and the noise is strong , it is often difficult to detect the signal effectively in the way of low concentration ( ppm) of CO spectroscopy detection .According to this characteristic , a tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy ( TDLAS) based on the online monitoring system of low concentration CO gas technology was designed .The system u-ses TDLAS technology , and can obtain a precise CO absorption spectrum information , thus reducing the interference of other com-ponents of absorption .At the same time , amplifier filter-reamplification process was used to achieve noise reduction of the system , and it is a good method to get the information of low concentration CO light .After testing,the system has better real-time,sensitivi-ty and high accuracy .
