植物秸秆是一种来源广泛的木质资源,用其制备木塑复合材料能够有效减少人类对森林木材资源的需求。本研究利用处理过的植物秸秆粉与PVC树脂及其它助剂的混合制备了木塑复合材料,考察了植物秸秆填充量和两种偶联剂对复合材料各项性能的影响。结果表明,植物秸秆填充量在40 phr时复合材料综合性能较为理想,加入适量的偶联剂能够使复合材料的性能得到一定改善。

Plant straw is a kind of wood resources that is widely available in nature. It can be uesd to pruduce wood plastic composite materials that can reduce the human demand on the forest resourses. The composites was pre-pared from the plant straw powder modified, PVC resin and other additives. The effects of the loading of plant straw and the type of coupling agent on properties were studied. The results showed that the balance of properties of the composite materials with the plant straw of 40 phr were satisfactory. The properties of the composite were improved by adding proper amount of coupling agent.
