针对输电线在服役条件下长期受到导线自重和外力作用的影响,使主承力单元的碳纤维复合材料芯发生蠕变效应,研究输电线用碳纤维复合材料芯在不同温度和湿度下的蠕变行为.首先,介绍典型的树脂基纤维复合材料蠕变预测模型,分析各模型的适用性及特点;其次,利用动态机械热分析仪开展不同温度和湿度下的碳纤维复合材料芯蠕变试验;最后,通过现有蠕变预测模型分析其试验结果,得到碳纤维复合材料芯在不同温度和湿度下的蠕变应变和蠕变柔量演化.

The transmission lines are subjected to gravity and other external loads when it is in service, and as the main load bearing element, the carbon fiber reinforced composite core will creep. The creep performance of the carbon fiber reinforced composite core used in transmission lines under different temperature and humidity is studied. First, typical creep prediction model of resin fiber reinforced composite is introduced, and the feasibility and characterization of the models are analyzed. Then, the creep experiments of the carbon fiber reinforced composite core under different temperature and humidity are conducted using dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer (DMTA). Finally, the evolution of the creep strain and creep compliance of the carbon fiber reinforced composite core under different temperature and humidity is obtained by analyzing the experimental results through the creep prediction model.
