随着配电网规模的不断扩大,电网向广大边远地区延伸,中高压配网的电压质量问题逐渐显现出来.串联电容器补偿的应用可以有效地提升配网末端负荷的电压,达到改善电压质量的作用.同时,针对配网串补电容器本体的保护也成为研究的重点,这就要求保护控制装置能够将及时发现故障并快速退出电容器.以解决配网串补电容器的快速保护与控制为目的,对基于快速开关的配网串补保护控制进行研究,根据各部分元件的特点制定快速开关型配网串补的保护方案,包括电容器保护和MOV保护.

With the continuous expansion of power distribution network, the power grid extends to the remote areas, and the voltage quality problems of high voltage distribution network have gradually emerged. The application of series compensation capacitor can effectively improve the voltage of loads at the end of the distribution network, and can achieve the goal of improving voltage quality. Meanwhile, the research of protections for the series compensation capacitor body has become a research focus, which requires the protection control device can find fault in time and cut off capacitor quickly. The research focuses on the protection and control of series compensation capacitor based on fast switch, which is to solve the problem of fast protection and control of series compensation capacitor in the distribution network. According to the characteristics of each component, a protection scheme for fast switching series compensation capacitor in distribution network is developed, including the MOV and capacitor protection.
