智能变电站改建或扩建时,装置配置的修改或者增添新的装置会导致变电站配置描述(substation configuration description,SCD)文件需要进行改动,其中最主要的是与虚端子连接有关的.提出一种基于权限管理的虚端子修改的控制方法,在SCD文件中对已做过虚回路试验验证的虚端子连接加上已校验标志,当改建或扩建变电站修改SCD文件时,且需要修改虚端子连接时,就必须有相关权限人员认可方可修改验证过的虚端子连接.这可确保虚端子修改操作的正确性,实现对SCD文件版本变动的管控,降低SCD文件修改的风险.

During smart substation reconstruction or expansion, the modification of device configuration or adding new devices into the bay would lead to the change of substation configuration description (SCD) file, the major of which is related to virtual terminal connection. An authority management based virtual terminal change control method is presented, in which virtual terminal connection that has been verified through virtual circuit experiment is added with checked flag in SCD file, and authorized staff confirmation is needed for changing verified virtual terminal connection when changing virtual terminal connection is needed. Hence the correctness of virtual terminal modification operation could be ensured, the SCD file version change could be controlled and managed, and the risk of modifying SCD file could be reduced.
