[目的]了解南充市居民对社区首诊的意愿及影响因素.[方法]以分层抽样的方法选择南充市中城、新建社区330名居民为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行调查.[结果] 有48.6%的居民愿意到社区首诊;多因素分析结果显示,到社区卫生服务机构看过病、最近三个月生病的次数是社区首诊意愿的正向影响因素.[结论] 医疗人力资源是推动社区首诊的关键,加强机构自身宣传,引导居民合理就医是社区首诊的基础,政府健全的配套政策和资金支持是推行社区首诊的保障.

Objective This paper aims to understand initial diagnosis will and influencing factors in residents' community.Methods Using stratified sampling methods to choose 330 residents from ZhongCheng and XinJian communities as the objects of investigation with the self-designed questionnaire.Results 48.6% of the residents are willing to go to the first diagnosis in the community. Several factors showed that the positive influencing factors of initial diagnosis will which are have seen doctors and the times of sick in last three months. Conclusions The medical human resource is the key to promote the community initial diagnosis. Strengthen institutions of their own propaganda and guide residents' reasonable medical treatment, It is the safeguard to community initial diagnosis that government perfects supporting policies and financial support.
