采用LI-6400XT便携式光合测定系统, 研究了西伯利亚 ( Siberia)、 帝伯 ( Tiber)、 索邦 ( Sorbonne)、罗宾娜 (Robina)、 木门 (Concad'or)、 元帅 (Acapulco) 等6个百合 (Lilium spp.) 品种的光合-光响应曲线,获得了净光合速率、 光饱和点和光补偿点等光合参数, 并探讨了净光合速率与气孔导度、 蒸腾速率、 胞间二氧化碳浓度的关系.结果表明: 6个百合品种的净光合速率与气孔导度、 叶片蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关, 但与胞间二氧化碳浓度呈极显著负相关.6个百合品种中, 罗宾娜积累物质的能力最高, 西伯利亚对光照的适应范围最广泛.

채용LI-6400XT편휴식광합측정계통, 연구료서백리아 ( Siberia)、 제백 ( Tiber)、 색방 ( Sorbonne)、라빈나 (Robina)、 목문 (Concad'or)、 원수 (Acapulco) 등6개백합 (Lilium spp.) 품충적광합-광향응곡선,획득료정광합속솔、 광포화점화광보상점등광합삼수, 병탐토료정광합속솔여기공도도、 증등속솔、 포간이양화탄농도적관계.결과표명: 6개백합품충적정광합속솔여기공도도、 협편증등속솔정겁현저정상관, 단여포간이양화탄농도정겁현저부상관.6개백합품충중, 라빈나적루물질적능력최고, 서백리아대광조적괄응범위최엄범.
The curves of photosynthesis-light response of six lily ( Lilium spp.) cultivars ( Siberia, Ti-ber, Sorbonne, Robina, Concad'or and Acapulco) were determined with portable LI-6400XT photosyn-thetic system, and a series of the photosynthetic parameters were obtained including net photosynthetic rate, light saturation points, and light compensation points.The relations between net photosynthetic rate and conductance to H2 O, transpiration race, intercellular CO2 concentration were investigated.The result showed that the net photosynthetic rate of the six lily cultivars was extremely significantly positively relat-ed to conductance to H2 O and transpiration race, while extremely significantly negatively related to CO2 concentration.Among the six lily cultivars Robina had the higherst photosynthetic rate, and Siberia could adapt to the widest range of light intensity.
