目的：探究分析馥感啉口服液治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院流行性腮腺炎患儿80例随机分为观察组（n=40，口服馥感啉口服液）和对照组（n=40，口服利巴韦林颗粒）。比较两组患儿用药3 d后临床疗效和症状缓解时间。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率（95.0%）明显高于对照组（60.0%），且其退热时间、腮腺肿大消退时间等症状缓解时间也明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：馥感啉口服液相较于常规应用利巴韦林治疗对流行性腮腺炎效果明显，临床症状缓解时间良好。
목적：탐구분석복감람구복액치료류행성시선염적림상료효。방법：선취아원류행성시선염환인80례수궤분위관찰조（n=40，구복복감람구복액）화대조조（n=40，구복리파위림과립）。비교량조환인용약3 d후림상료효화증상완해시간。결과：관찰조치료후총유효솔（95.0%）명현고우대조조（60.0%），차기퇴열시간、시선종대소퇴시간등증상완해시간야명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：복감람구복액상교우상규응용리파위림치료대류행성시선염효과명현，림상증상완해시간량호。
Objective:To investigate the efifcacy of Fuganlin oral liquid on the treatment of children with epidemic mumps.Methods: Eighty children with epidemic mumps in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group (n=40, received Fuganlin oral liquid) and a control group (n=40, received ribavirin granules). The clinical efficacy andthetimefor symptom relief were comparedbetween two groups3 days after the treatment.Results:The total efifciency of the observation group (95.0%) was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (60.0%). The symptom reliefsuch as the defervesce time and the parotid swelling subsided was also significantly betterin the observation group thaninthe control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Fuganlin oral liquid has better efifcacyand is much better forthereliefof clinical symptomthan ribavirin granules in the treatment of epidemic mumps.
