急性淋巴细胞性白血病（acute lymphoblastic leukemia, ALL）是儿童期发病率最高的恶性肿瘤类型之一。目前，对ALL患儿维持治疗阶段的化疗多以持续口服巯嘌呤为主。使用巯嘌呤类药物前检测患儿硫嘌呤S-甲基转移酶的基因型或活性，据此调整药物剂量、实现个体化治疗可提高ALL的治愈率。本文就巯嘌呤类药物用于ALL患儿个体化治疗的研究进展作一综述。

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is one of the tumors with the highest incidence in childhood. Sustaining oral mercaptopurine has currently been the main therapy in chemotherapy of ALL in the maintenance phase. The dose of mercaptopurine can be adjusted based on the determination of thiopurineS-methyltransferase genotype or thiopurine S-methyltransferase activity before medication so as to achieve individual treatment and the improvement of cure rate. In this paper, the research advance of mercaptopurine drugs in the individualized treatment of children with ALL is reviewed.
