通过淀粉和聚乙烯醇共混, 制备了完全可生物降解的热塑性淀粉塑料.为了提高淀粉塑料的力学性能,分别用马来酸酐对聚乙烯醇和淀粉进行酯化, 再用苯乙烯分别对淀粉和聚乙烯醇进行长链接枝改性.结果表明:相比于纯淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合材料, 接枝淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合材料具有更高的拉伸强度和硬度, 断裂后形成的断面也更粗糙, 表明接枝淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合材料具有良好的界面作用.
通過澱粉和聚乙烯醇共混, 製備瞭完全可生物降解的熱塑性澱粉塑料.為瞭提高澱粉塑料的力學性能,分彆用馬來痠酐對聚乙烯醇和澱粉進行酯化, 再用苯乙烯分彆對澱粉和聚乙烯醇進行長鏈接枝改性.結果錶明:相比于純澱粉/聚乙烯醇複閤材料, 接枝澱粉/聚乙烯醇複閤材料具有更高的拉伸彊度和硬度, 斷裂後形成的斷麵也更粗糙, 錶明接枝澱粉/聚乙烯醇複閤材料具有良好的界麵作用.
통과정분화취을희순공혼, 제비료완전가생물강해적열소성정분소료.위료제고정분소료적역학성능,분별용마래산항대취을희순화정분진행지화, 재용분을희분별대정분화취을희순진행장련접지개성.결과표명:상비우순정분/취을희순복합재료, 접지정분/취을희순복합재료구유경고적랍신강도화경도, 단렬후형성적단면야경조조, 표명접지정분/취을희순복합재료구유량호적계면작용.
The biodegradable thermoplastic starch plastics was prepared by blending starch and polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA) .In order to improve the mechanical properties of starch plastics, maleic anhydride was selected to esterify with starch and polyvinyl alcohol respectively.Then the esterified starch and esterified polyvinyl alcohol were grafted with styrene respectively to form a long grafting chain.The results showed that compared to pure starch/PVA composite, the grafted starch/PVA composite had higher tensile strength and hardness, and that the cross section was rougher after fracture.It was shown that the grafted starch/PVA composite had better interface.
