以钛酸四丁酯、硝酸铈和硝酸钐为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了 Ce、Sm/TiO2、Ce/TiO2、Sm/TiO2光阳极.采用 XRD 和 ESM 表征了光阳极的结构,研究了 Ce、Sm 掺杂、热处理温度对薄膜结构和光解水制氢性能的影响.结果表明,稀土掺杂提高了TiO2光阳极的光解水制氢速率,且以 Ce、Sm 联合掺杂的效果最好.Ce、Sm/TiO2、Ce/TiO2、Sm/TiO2光阳极的最大制氢速率分别比未掺杂的 TiO2光阳极提高了81%,58%和50%.当 Ce、Sm 掺杂摩尔分数为2%、热处理温度为400℃、镀膜层数为3层,Ce、Sm掺杂TiO2光阳极为高结晶度的锐钛矿晶型时,光催化活性最好,光解水制氢速率为4.7μmol/h.

Ce,Sm/TiO2 ,Ce/TiO2 and Sm/TiO2 photoanodes were prepared by sol–gel method with Butylti-tanate,Cerium nitrate and Samarium nitrate as main raw materials.Structure of photoanode was investigated by XRD and SEM.The effects of Ce and Sm doping amount and heat treatment temperature on the photocata-lytic properties for hydrogen evolution were discussed.The results indicate that rare earth doping improve the photocatalytic water splitting hydrogen production rate of TiO2 photoanode.The effect of Ce and Sm joint doped TiO2 photoanode is the best.The maximum hydrogen production rate of Ce,Sm/TiO2 ,Ce/TiO2 and Sm/TiO2 photoanode were respectively increased by 81%,58% and 50% than that of the undoped TiO2 photoanode. When the doped amount of Ce and Sm is at 2%,the heat treatment temperature is at 400 ℃,the number of coating layer is 3,and Ce and Sm doped TiO2 photoanode is anatase with high crystallinity,the TiO2 photoan-ode has the best photocatalytic properties.The hydrogen production rate is 4.7μmol/h.
