建立了一种基于层次分析法 ( Analytic hierarchy process, AHP) 的生鲜农产品配送方式决策模型.在该模型中, 基于配送方式、 决策因素、 AHP方法建立生鲜农产品配送方式决策的层次结构, 并在此基础上通过成对比较决策因素、 由上至下等方式作出决策, 将决策过程定量化, 能够选择快速、 合理生鲜农产品配送方式.实际应用表明, 建立的模型能较好地解决生鲜农产品配送方式选择问题.

A decision model of fresh agricultural products distribution mode based on the analytic hierar-chy process ( AHP) was built.The hierarchy structure of fresh agricultural products distribution mode de-cision was built based on distribution mode, decision factors and AHP method.The decision was made by the ways of comparing the decision factors in pairs, top to bottom, etc., with the foundation of the hierar-chy structure.The decision process of the model was quantitative, and it was fast and reasonable for the fresh agricultural products distribution mode.The actual application showed that the model could solve the problem of fresh agricultural products distribution mode selection better.
