目的：观察运用孙光荣教授养心开郁汤联合八段锦运动疗法治疗糖尿病合并抑郁的效果。方法将60例糖尿病合并抑郁的患者，随机分为治疗组32例和对照组28例。治疗组患者在西医基础治疗上运用孙光荣教授养心开郁汤联合八段锦运动疗法进行中医干预，2次/ d，对照组患者仅给予西医基础治疗，进行为期12周的治疗。12周后观察糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、中医症状总评分。结果治疗组总有效率87.50%，对照组总有效率60.71%，治疗组优于对照组（P ＜0.05），治疗组 HbA1c（%）、中医症状总评分改善情况均优于对照组（P ＜0.05），治疗组 HAMD 评分降低情况优于对照组（P ＜0.05），2组患者均无严重不良事件发生。结论运用孙光荣教授养心开郁汤联合八段锦运动疗法治疗糖尿病合并抑郁，可有效改善患者 HbA1c，降低 HAMD 评分、中医症状总评分。
목적：관찰운용손광영교수양심개욱탕연합팔단금운동요법치료당뇨병합병억욱적효과。방법장60례당뇨병합병억욱적환자，수궤분위치료조32례화대조조28례。치료조환자재서의기출치료상운용손광영교수양심개욱탕연합팔단금운동요법진행중의간예，2차/ d，대조조환자부급여서의기출치료，진행위기12주적치료。12주후관찰당화혈홍단백（HbA1c）、한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD）평분、중의증상총평분。결과치료조총유효솔87.50%，대조조총유효솔60.71%，치료조우우대조조（P ＜0.05），치료조 HbA1c（%）、중의증상총평분개선정황균우우대조조（P ＜0.05），치료조 HAMD 평분강저정황우우대조조（P ＜0.05），2조환자균무엄중불량사건발생。결론운용손광영교수양심개욱탕연합팔단금운동요법치료당뇨병합병억욱，가유효개선환자 HbA1c，강저 HAMD 평분、중의증상총평분。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Yang Xin Kai Yu decoction therapy combining with Eight-section brocade exercise on diabetic depression by professor SUN Guangrong. Methods The 60 cases of diabetic de-pression patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(32 cases)and a control group(28 cases). In addition to the western routine treatment for controlling blood sugar in the control group,32 cases in the treatment group were additionally treated with professor SUN Guangrong’s Yang Xin Kai Yu decoction therapy combining with Eight-section brocade exercise. The two groups were both observed for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks,HbA1c grade,HAMD grade and to-tal grade of TCM were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group reached 87. 50% ,and the control group 60. 71% ,the treatment group shows a better therapeutic effect than the control groups(P < 0. 05). The total grade of both improving HbA1c% and TCM syndrome of the treatment group was better than those of the control group(P < 0. 01);grade of reducing HAMD in the treatment was better than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Both groups have no adverse events. Conclusion Applying the method of Yang Xin Kai Yu decoction therapy combi-ning with Eight-section brocade exercise in treating diabetic depression by professor SUN Guangrong can apparently improve patients’ grades of HbA1c% ,reduce the score of HAMD and symptom score.
