目的:通过人工控制湿度,观察大鼠空肠、回肠和结肠的大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的菌落数,进而阐述外湿对肠道的影响,为湿邪致病阐明机制。方法将 SD 雄性大鼠随机分为常湿组、高湿组、低湿组,饲养21 d 后,取空肠、回肠和结肠,分别进行大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌平板计数。结果高湿组大鼠的空肠〔(4.50±0.09)logN/ mL〕和结肠中大肠杆菌菌落值〔(7.30±0.38)logN/ mL〕明显升高(均为 P <0.05);低湿组大鼠空肠乳酸杆菌明显增多〔(6.09±0.13)logN/ mL〕,P <0.01;低湿组空肠、回肠和结肠的双歧杆菌均非常明显的增多〔(5.86±0.31),(5.94±0.33),(7.07±0.16)logN/ mL〕,均为 P <0.01;高湿组结肠双歧杆菌的菌落值较为明显的升高〔(6.60±0.22)logN/ mL〕,P <0.05。结论外湿对机体肠道内环境有明显的影响作用,改变了肠道菌群结构,从而导致疾病的产生。

목적:통과인공공제습도,관찰대서공장、회장화결장적대장간균、유산간균화쌍기간균적균락수,진이천술외습대장도적영향,위습사치병천명궤제。방법장 SD 웅성대서수궤분위상습조、고습조、저습조,사양21 d 후,취공장、회장화결장,분별진행대장간균、유산간균화쌍기간균평판계수。결과고습조대서적공장〔(4.50±0.09)logN/ mL〕화결장중대장간균균락치〔(7.30±0.38)logN/ mL〕명현승고(균위 P <0.05);저습조대서공장유산간균명현증다〔(6.09±0.13)logN/ mL〕,P <0.01;저습조공장、회장화결장적쌍기간균균비상명현적증다〔(5.86±0.31),(5.94±0.33),(7.07±0.16)logN/ mL〕,균위 P <0.01;고습조결장쌍기간균적균락치교위명현적승고〔(6.60±0.22)logN/ mL〕,P <0.05。결론외습대궤체장도내배경유명현적영향작용,개변료장도균군결구,종이도치질병적산생。
Objective To obverse the number of E. coil,lactobacillus,bifidobacterium in jejunum,ileum and colon by controlling the relative humidity,and then to reveal the effect of exopathic dampness towards intestinal tract. Methods The mice were divided into normal temperature normal humidity environment(NNE),normal temperature high hu-midity environment(NHE),and normal temperature low humidity environment(NLE)group,6 mice in each group. After 21 days feed,5 cm samples were taken out from jejunum,ileum and colon respectively,and then put the three samples in 4ml normal saline. Finally test the number of E. coil,LBA and BFB in the three samples by using plate count method. Results The numbers of jejunum〔(4. 50 ± 0. 09)logN/ mL〕and colon E. coil〔(7. 30 ± 0. 38) logN/ mL〕in NHE group were obviously higher than those of NNE group(P < 0. 05). The number of jejunum lactoba-cillus in NLE group was much increased,compared with that of NNE group〔(6. 09 ±0. 13)logN/ mL〕,P <0. 01. The numbers of jejunum〔(5. 86 ± 0. 31)logN/ mL〕,ileum〔(5. 94 ± 0. 33)logN/ mL〕and〔(7. 07 ± 0. 16)logN/ mL〕were obviously higher in NLE group than those of NNE group(P <0. 01). The number of colon bifidobacterium in NLE group was higher,contrasted with that of NNE group〔(6. 60 ± 0. 22)logN/ mL〕,P < 0. 05. Conclusion Exopathic dampness impacted obviously on intestinal environment,change the structure of intestinal flora to cause disease.
