对天津市产业发展和企业发展对应用型技术技能人才的需求情况进行调研，从应用型技术技能人才数量需求、学历结构需求、岗位需求等方面进行分析，认为天津产业发展急需大批本科层次的一线应用型技术技能人才，现有的普通本科和高职院校不能满足需求，需要发展建设一批应用型技术大学。
對天津市產業髮展和企業髮展對應用型技術技能人纔的需求情況進行調研，從應用型技術技能人纔數量需求、學歷結構需求、崗位需求等方麵進行分析，認為天津產業髮展急需大批本科層次的一線應用型技術技能人纔，現有的普通本科和高職院校不能滿足需求，需要髮展建設一批應用型技術大學。
대천진시산업발전화기업발전대응용형기술기능인재적수구정황진행조연，종응용형기술기능인재수량수구、학력결구수구、강위수구등방면진행분석，인위천진산업발전급수대비본과층차적일선응용형기술기능인재，현유적보통본과화고직원교불능만족수구，수요발전건설일비응용형기술대학。
Investigation on demand for applied technical talents in Tianjin based on Industrial development and enterprise development, and analysis the results from the aspects of the number of applied technical skills talent demand, education demand structure and job demand, the results show that the industrial development in Tianjin is in urgent need of a large number of undergraduate level first-line technical skills talents, and existing undergraduate and higher vocational colleges can not meet the demand. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a group of applied technology universities.
