21150综放工作面位于21采区三条下山东翼,上下巷超前支护采用铰接梁配合单体柱进行支护、受工作面回采动压影响,变形严重;通过现场调查研究,分析变形破坏原因,提出采用ZT2× 4000/23/50型巷道支架替换铰接梁抬棚进行支护,上下巷端头以外采用液压抬棚加固,使工作面超前支护达到了较好的效果,保证了回采工作面的安全生产,同时实现了回采工作面的高产高效.

The 21150 fully-mechanized face located at the east of junction of three drip in 21th mining area.The fore supporting between up-per and under roadway using hinged girder cooperate with single pillar to support,which influenced by stress of mining and serious deforma-tion.By field research and analyzing of reasons of deformation,putting forward using ZT2×4000/23/50 roadway support to replace hinged girder to support and strengthening the both ends with hydraulic support ,which have proved to be better,ensure the safe production of recovery face and guarantee the efficient production of recovery face at same time.
