针对空管系统,提出一种效能评估算法,研究了空管系统效能评估指标体系,包括性能影响、故障影响、安全影响、风险影响和容量影响等方面,每一方面包含不同的指标参数。选择模糊综合评判法进行评估,重点研究了权重系数确定方法,通过引入模糊数学方法改进层次分析模型,体现评估指标的模糊性和一致性原则。最后通过实例说明某空管系统在特定应用场景下的效能评估。

Aiming at air traffic control system, an efficiency evaluation algorithm is put forward. The efficiency evaluation index system is studied,including such aspects as performance effect,fault effect,security effect,risk effect and capacity effect,each of them contains different index parameters.The fuzzy comprehensive judgement is selected for evaluation.The definition method of weight coefficient is studied.The priciple of fuzzition and consistency of evaluation indexes is realized by introducing fuzzy maths and improving analytic hierarchy process model.Finally,the efficiency evaluation on air traffic control management system is illustrated in specific application scene.
