目的:探讨青年男性尿道横纹括约肌的正常解剖形态。方法在仰卧位静息态,获取186名正常控尿的青年男性盆腔矢状面、冠状面和横截面的 T2加权快速自旋回波图像。结果186名受检者均获得诊断质量的 T2加权图像。尿道横纹括约肌自膀胱颈至会阴膜逐渐增厚,膜部尿道最厚,自膀胱颈至精阜呈“帽子”状覆盖尿道前外侧,自精阜至会阴膜呈戒指状包绕尿道,向后止于会阴中心腱。正中矢状面图像测量尿道横纹括约肌长度:膜部尿道处长度为12.22~20.98 mm (平均16.65 mm);自精阜至会阴膜长度为27.86~30.71 mm(平均29.89 mm)。横断面图像测量膜部尿道横纹括约肌厚度,前壁肌层厚度为4.25~6.90 mm(平均5.66 mm),后壁肌层厚度为2.14~2.38 mm(平均2.36 mm)。结论3.0T MR 能够清晰观测正常控尿的青年男性尿道横纹括约肌的正常解剖形态。

목적:탐토청년남성뇨도횡문괄약기적정상해부형태。방법재앙와위정식태,획취186명정상공뇨적청년남성분강시상면、관상면화횡절면적 T2가권쾌속자선회파도상。결과186명수검자균획득진단질량적 T2가권도상。뇨도횡문괄약기자방광경지회음막축점증후,막부뇨도최후,자방광경지정부정“모자”상복개뇨도전외측,자정부지회음막정계지상포요뇨도,향후지우회음중심건。정중시상면도상측량뇨도횡문괄약기장도:막부뇨도처장도위12.22~20.98 mm (평균16.65 mm);자정부지회음막장도위27.86~30.71 mm(평균29.89 mm)。횡단면도상측량막부뇨도횡문괄약기후도,전벽기층후도위4.25~6.90 mm(평균5.66 mm),후벽기층후도위2.14~2.38 mm(평균2.36 mm)。결론3.0T MR 능구청석관측정상공뇨적청년남성뇨도횡문괄약기적정상해부형태。
Objective To study the normal anatomy of urethral striated sphincter on 3.0T MR in young males. Methods The sagittal,coronal,and axial T2 weighted non-fat suppressed fast spin-echo images of pelvic cavities of 186 young males were studied. Results Diagnosis quality T2 weighted images were obtained in all the 186 subjects.Urethral striated sphincter covered the anteriolateral urethra like a hat from bladder neck to verumontanum,while it surrounded the urethra in a ring shape from verumontanum to perineal membrane and backwards ended in central tendon of the perineum.The length of urethral striated sphincter was 12.22 -20.98 mm (mean,16.65 mm)at membranous urethra and 27.86 -30.71 mm (mean,29.89 mm)from verumontanum to perineal membrane.The thickness of striated sphincter at membranous urethra was 4.25 -6.90 mm (mean,5.66 mm)for the muscle of the anterior wall and 2.14 -2.38 mm (mean,2.36 mm)for the muscle of the posterior wall. Conclusion 3.0T MR scanning can clearly display the normal anatomy of urethral striated sphincter in young males with no urinary control problems.
