本文回顾性分析2006年1月～2014年3月行经尿道腔镜手术治疗9例缝线异物所致膀胱结石的临床资料，直接实施经尿道手术，粉碎结石，完整取出缝线在膀胱内部分。2例经气压弹道碎石、电切缝线根部，4例经钬激光碎石、电切缝线根部，2例经钬激光碎石、剪刀剪除缝线根部，1例经钬激光碎石并烧灼离断缝线根部。随访3个月～8年，平均44个月，均未见结石复发。
본문회고성분석2006년1월～2014년3월행경뇨도강경수술치료9례봉선이물소치방광결석적림상자료，직접실시경뇨도수술，분쇄결석，완정취출봉선재방광내부분。2례경기압탄도쇄석、전절봉선근부，4례경화격광쇄석、전절봉선근부，2례경화격광쇄석、전도전제봉선근부，1례경화격광쇄석병소작리단봉선근부。수방3개월～8년，평균44개월，균미견결석복발。
[Summary] A retrospective analysis was made on 9 cases of bladder stones caused by sutures from January 2006 to March 2014.All the patients were given direct transurethral surgery.After the stones were fragmented,the sutures in the bladder were completely removed.There were 2 cases of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy with a transurethral resection to cut off the suture root,4 cases of holmium laser lithotripsy with a transurethral cut off the suture root,2 cases of holmium laser lithotripsy with a pair of scissors cutting off the suture root,and 1 case of holmium laser lithotripsy and burning away from the broken suture root.Follow-up for 3 months to 8 years (mean,44 months)found no calculi recurrence.
