在民事诉讼领域，司法基本规律或基本原理与民事诉讼程序的基本属性或基本原理是相通的，主要有消极性、独立性、中立性、公开性、参与性、平等性、比例性和安定性等，它们具有各自的内涵和功能，一并构成现代司法的规律体系。在依法治国和法律治理的框架下，我们应当自觉遵循现代司法的基本规律，通过正当司法程序来化解纠纷，营造自由、公平、安定的法治秩序和社会环境。
在民事訴訟領域，司法基本規律或基本原理與民事訴訟程序的基本屬性或基本原理是相通的，主要有消極性、獨立性、中立性、公開性、參與性、平等性、比例性和安定性等，它們具有各自的內涵和功能，一併構成現代司法的規律體繫。在依法治國和法律治理的框架下，我們應噹自覺遵循現代司法的基本規律，通過正噹司法程序來化解糾紛，營造自由、公平、安定的法治秩序和社會環境。

In the field of civil litigation,the judicial basic rules (or principles)and the civil procedural basic attributes (or principles)share a lot in common regarding negativity,independence,neutrality, publicness,participation,equality,proportionality and stability and so on,which have connotation and functions of their own and constitute the modern judicial rule system.Under “rule of law”and “le-gal governance”,we should consciously follow modern judicial basic rules,abiding by “due proce-dure”,so as to resolve disputes,protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties concerned, create a free,fair and stable rule of law order and living environment.
