自2004年国务院颁布了《安全生产许可证条例》以来,煤矿安全评价已逐步成为煤矿企业进行安全管理的重要手段和基本程序. 文章针对目前煤矿安全评价工作在严峻的煤炭市场形势下存在的企业观念、人员素质、评价方法、市场竞争等问题,阐述了相应的对策措施,对煤矿安全评价工作的进一步规范和提高进行探讨.

The state council has promulgated Regulation on Work Safety Licenses Since 2004, the coal mine safety evaluation has gradually become an important means of carrying out the safety management and the basic program for coal mine enterprises. Aiming at the enterprise concept, personnel quality, evaluation methods, market competition and other issues that exist in the work of current security evaluation of coal mines which under a serious situation of coal market ,this paper expounds the corresponding countermeasures and further standardizing and improving coal mine safety evaluation work are discussed.
