目的：观察透刺加程氏“蜻蜓点水术”针刺治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效，评价针刺治疗神经性耳鸣的临床价值。方法将60例神经性耳鸣患者随机分成2组，每组30例，治疗组采用透刺加程氏“蜻蜓点水术”针刺治疗，穴取耳门（听宫、听会）、曲鬓（角孙）、完骨（翳风）、中渚（液门）、侠溪（地五会）等，留针30 min，针刺隔日1次，疗程为4周；对照组采用口服甲钴胺片、银杏叶片及盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗，每日按要求服药，疗程为4周。治疗后对2组治疗结果进行临床疗效评定，并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果透刺加程氏“蜻蜓点水术”针刺治疗神经性耳鸣与口服西药治疗神经性耳鸣2组疗效进行统计学分析，治疗组总有效率为86.7%，对照组总有效率为76.7%，且治疗组愈显率、总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论透刺加程氏“蜻蜓点水术”通过促进局部血液循环，恢复耳部神经功能，有效减轻了耳鸣患者的症状，是治疗神经性耳鸣的一种安全、经济、有效的方法，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰투자가정씨“청정점수술”침자치료신경성이명적료효，평개침자치료신경성이명적림상개치。방법장60례신경성이명환자수궤분성2조，매조30례，치료조채용투자가정씨“청정점수술”침자치료，혈취이문（은궁、은회）、곡빈（각손）、완골（예풍）、중저（액문）、협계（지오회）등，류침30 min，침자격일1차，료정위4주；대조조채용구복갑고알편、은행협편급염산불계리진효낭진행치료，매일안요구복약，료정위4주。치료후대2조치료결과진행림상료효평정，병대상관수거진행통계학분석。결과투자가정씨“청정점수술”침자치료신경성이명여구복서약치료신경성이명2조료효진행통계학분석，치료조총유효솔위86.7%，대조조총유효솔위76.7%，차치료조유현솔、총유효솔균명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론투자가정씨“청정점수술”통과촉진국부혈액순배，회복이부신경공능，유효감경료이명환자적증상，시치료신경성이명적일충안전、경제、유효적방법，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Tou ciand Cheng Shi Qing Ting Dian Shui acupuncture therapy in the treatment of nervous tinnitus. To evaluate the value of Tou ci and Cheng Shi Qing Ting Dian Shui acupuncture therapy on nervous tinnitus. Methods The 60 patients met the study inclusion criteria of nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into acupuncture group and control group,n =30 cases. The acupuncture group use“Tou ci and Cheng Shi Qing Ting Dian Shui”acupuncture therapy,the main acupoints included Ermen(Tinggong,Tinghui),Qubin(Jiaosun),Wan-gu(Yifeng),Zhongzhu(Yemen),Xiaxi(Diwuhui),etc,retaining needle 30 min,every other day at a time,treated four weeks;the control group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets,Ginkgo biloba and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules for treatment. To observe the efficacy in the end of treatment,and then analyzed the data statistically. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86. 7% . The control group total effective rate was 76. 7%, and the efficient,and greater rates of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group,there was re-markable difference in two groups after the treatment(P <0. 05)compared. Conclusion Tou ci and Cheng Shi“Qing Ting Dian Shui”Acupuncture Therapy promote local blood circulation,and can through the ear nerve function,effective-ly relieve the symptoms of tinnitus patients. The results suggest that Tou ci and Cheng Shi“Qing Ting Dian Shui”Acu-puncture Therapy is a safety,economical and effective method for nervous tinnitus patients,worthy of clinical use.
