本文首先分析企业、高校、科研院所、政府主管机构以及中介机构等产学研协同创新主体的界面冲突及其表现,提出解决产学研协同创新主体间界面障碍的优势互补、动态性、兼容性、主体竞争性等原则,进而通过建立产学研协同创新界面管理平台,构建基于协同创新主体间(内)的关系联结、互动行为以及制度保障等内容的联结机制,建立协同创新主体之间的共识性,促进协同创新组织平台的开放性,达成协同创新主体之间的约束性,构建协同创新主体之间的约定性,从而有效地解决界面管理问题,进而提高产学研协同创新的绩效。
本文首先分析企業、高校、科研院所、政府主管機構以及中介機構等產學研協同創新主體的界麵遲突及其錶現,提齣解決產學研協同創新主體間界麵障礙的優勢互補、動態性、兼容性、主體競爭性等原則,進而通過建立產學研協同創新界麵管理平檯,構建基于協同創新主體間(內)的關繫聯結、互動行為以及製度保障等內容的聯結機製,建立協同創新主體之間的共識性,促進協同創新組織平檯的開放性,達成協同創新主體之間的約束性,構建協同創新主體之間的約定性,從而有效地解決界麵管理問題,進而提高產學研協同創新的績效。
본문수선분석기업、고교、과연원소、정부주관궤구이급중개궤구등산학연협동창신주체적계면충돌급기표현,제출해결산학연협동창신주체간계면장애적우세호보、동태성、겸용성、주체경쟁성등원칙,진이통과건립산학연협동창신계면관리평태,구건기우협동창신주체간(내)적관계련결、호동행위이급제도보장등내용적련결궤제,건립협동창신주체지간적공식성,촉진협동창신조직평태적개방성,체성협동창신주체지간적약속성,구건협동창신주체지간적약정성,종이유효지해결계면관리문제,진이제고산학연협동창신적적효。
Firstly, the main interface conflicts and their performance were analyzed among the universities, research institutes, gov-ernment agencies and other competent bodies.Secondly, to solve the main interface obstacles and conflicts between research collabora-tive innovation, some management principles were proposed that concluded complementary advantages, dynamic, compatibility, the main principles of competition etc.Thus, interface management platform was suggested to be established for building coupling mecha-nism including the links relationship, interactions and system security between and within collaborative innovation participants.Lastly, these measures were to build consensus, promote open collaborative innovation platform for organizations to reach a binding between the innovation subjects, and build the agreement innovation subjects of the agreement of innovation subjects.The advice would solve effec-tively the problems of interface management and improve performance of I-U-R collaborative innovation.
