肿瘤的发病率逐年提高,已成为困扰全球的公共卫生问题.肿瘤标志物是指特征性存在于恶性肿瘤细胞或由恶性肿瘤细胞异常产生的物质,其释放到肿瘤患者的血液、体液和排泄物中,在一定程度上反映了肿瘤的发生、发展、预后以及肿瘤对包括放射治疗在内的肿瘤治疗的反应.笔者将对一些肿瘤的血清标志物的检测与放射治疗的疗效评估进行阐述.

The incidence of cancer has been increasing in recent years, and has become a public health problem in the world.A tumor marker is a biomarker abnormally elevated in the blood, urine, or body tissues of cancer patients, which is typically produced by cancer tissues and can be used to indicate the appearance, development, prognosis of cancer, and the response to therapy, including radiotherapy.This review summarizes the potential role of serum tumor markers in predication of radiotherapy efficiency.
