压裂液流变及悬砂性能是压裂施工成功最关键的因素,支撑剂在压裂液中的沉降速度衡量压裂液的悬砂性能。该研究以 SRFP-1增稠剂、SRFC-1交联剂、氯化钾工业品作为研究对象配制可逆交联聚合物压裂液 SRFP;评价了该压裂液体系在100~160℃流变性能;以20/40目陶粒为研究对象开展静态悬砂实验;采用单颗粒法和砂比法,考察了不同温度配方 SRFP 压裂液悬砂性能;最后对比了 SRFP 压裂液与3种不同厂家生产的聚合物压裂液的悬砂性能。
壓裂液流變及懸砂性能是壓裂施工成功最關鍵的因素,支撐劑在壓裂液中的沉降速度衡量壓裂液的懸砂性能。該研究以 SRFP-1增稠劑、SRFC-1交聯劑、氯化鉀工業品作為研究對象配製可逆交聯聚閤物壓裂液 SRFP;評價瞭該壓裂液體繫在100~160℃流變性能;以20/40目陶粒為研究對象開展靜態懸砂實驗;採用單顆粒法和砂比法,攷察瞭不同溫度配方 SRFP 壓裂液懸砂性能;最後對比瞭 SRFP 壓裂液與3種不同廠傢生產的聚閤物壓裂液的懸砂性能。

The rheological property and proppant-carrying capacity of fracturing fluid are key factors for successful fracturing. The settling velocity of suspended sand in fracturing fluid reflects the proppant-car-rying capacity of fracturing fluid,reversible cross-linking polymer SRFP fracturing fluid is prepared by SRFP-1 gelling,SRFC-1 cross-linker,and KCl products. The rheological properties of SRFP fracturing flu-id are evaluated under the conditions of 100 ~ 160 ℃. The static suspension experiments are carried out by 20 / 40 ceramic. Proppant-carrying capacity of different temperature formula for fracturing fluid is stud-ied by single-particle method and sand-ratio method. Proppant-carrying capacity of SRFP fracturing fluid and other different kinds of fracturing fluids is compared.
