以贵州思南稻壳为原料制备活性炭,考察碳化温度、活化温度、活化剂浓度以及碳碱比对制备活性炭的影响。结果表明,稻壳活性炭的最佳制备条件为:碳化温度350℃,活化温度700℃,活化剂浓度25%,碳碱质量比1:4。稻壳活性炭对碘的吸附值为952.48 mg/ g。模拟锰业废水中 Mn2+的吸附率为86%。

Preparation of rice husk activated carbon were studied in Sinan. Carbonization temperature,ac-tivation temperature,concentration of activator and carbon alkali ratio were researched. The result showed the optimum preparation conditions for rice husk activated carbon were carbonization temperature of 350 ℃ ,activation temperature of 700 ℃,carbon alkali ratio of 1 : 4,activator concentration of 25% ,io-dine adsorption value of rice husk activated carbon was 952. 48 mg / g,the adsorption rate of Mn2 + could reach 86% .
