目的：观察杜非合剂静注辅助低位硬膜外麻醉对不同年龄段成年人血氧饱和度的影响，了解其呼吸抑制及代偿情况。方法：收治择期手术ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级成年患者50例，按年龄分成20～30岁、45～55岁、65岁以上3组。均行低位硬膜外麻醉，静注杜非合剂辅助麻醉，监测1 h 的血氧饱和度及用药后降幅的最大值，进行统计学分析。结果：同一时间的血氧饱和度及用药后血氧饱和度降幅的最大值，3组之间相互比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：老年人呼吸抑制明显。
목적：관찰두비합제정주보조저위경막외마취대불동년령단성년인혈양포화도적영향，료해기호흡억제급대상정황。방법：수치택기수술ASAⅠ～Ⅱ급성년환자50례，안년령분성20～30세、45～55세、65세이상3조。균행저위경막외마취，정주두비합제보조마취，감측1 h 적혈양포화도급용약후강폭적최대치，진행통계학분석。결과：동일시간적혈양포화도급용약후혈양포화도강폭적최대치，3조지간상호비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：노년인호흡억제명현。
Objective:To observe the effect of mixture of pethidine and phenergan assisted epidural anesthesia on the blood oxygen saturation of different age groups,to understand the respiratory inhibition and compensation.Methods:50 cases of adult patients undergoing elective surgery for ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ degrees were selected,according to the age they were divided into 20 to 30 years old group,45 to 55 years old group and more than 65 years of age group.All patients underwent low epidural anesthesia,the intravenous injection of mixture of pethidine and phenergan assisted anesthesia,we monitored the blood oxygen saturationfor 1 hour and the maximum decline of the oxygen after drug use,then made statistical analysis.Results:There were significant differences of the blood oxygen saturation and the maximum value of blood oxygen saturation after treatment among the three groups at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory depression is significant in the elderly.
