论文针对装备的试验时间长,样机数量多等研制特点,提出了采用加速试验和舰上试验相结合方法,利用加速试验,使装备可靠性增长,大幅增加装备可靠性信息,为开展装备装载可靠度验证奠定基础。最后通过仿真算例说明了利用该方法确定装载可靠度验证方案的合理性。

For military material manufacture feature about long test time and more muster machine ,the method combi‐ning accelerating test and testing on warship method is proposed .Accelerating test is used to achieve military material relia‐bility growth and reliability information is ensured .Thus the basis is established for loading reliability validating .At last the paper gives an example which demonstrates the validity of method .
