通过实验采用10 mL 硝酸和1 mL 高氯酸湿法消解了大米样品，消解样品的最佳时间为9 h ，用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测试了大米中镉含量。确定了上机最佳仪器条件为灰化600℃、原子化温度为1300℃，2％磷酸氢二铵作为基体改进剂。此方法具有良好的线性关系，y ＝－0．010402 x2＋0．14748x －0．0015，R2＝0．9999，仪器的检出线为0．1086μg／kg ，所带国家标准样品检测结果全在范围内，实验结果准确可靠，能满足检测要求。

Using the wet digestion of 10mL nitric acid and 1mL perchloric acid to process the rice sample in the experiment and setting the best digestion time of 9h ,the article determines the content of cadmium in rice based on the GFAAS .The experiment determines that the best ashing and atomization temperature should be 400 ℃ and 1300℃ respectively ,and 2% diammonium hydrogen phosphate should be served as matrix modifier .This method has a good linear relationship ,in which y is - 0 .010402x2 + 0 .14748x - 0 .0015 and R 2 is 0 .9999 .The detection line of the equipment is 0 .1086 ug/Kg and the results of all samples are all in the range of national standard .The experimental result is accurate and reliable ,which can meet the testing requirements .
