采用一台摄像机对安徽省三位女子跆拳道运动员下劈动作进行了平面定点定焦拍摄,运用视讯影片解析系统,对研究对象的视频资料进行人工数字化处理,得出运动员完成下劈动作相关的运动学参数,继而探索下劈技术动作的运动学特征,为参与跆拳道项目的教练员和运动员提供理论借鉴和实践参考。研究结果表明:(1)三位运动员完整下劈动作时间是(1.04±0.156) s。其中收腿落地阶段所用的时间过长,几乎占到整个下劈动作将近一半的时间。(2)合理调整下劈动作中摆动腿各关节的角度,可以有效提高下劈动作击打的准确度、摆动腿的鞭打效果以及整体动作完成的质量。(3)金大?与其他两位运动员在踢击阶段最后时刻的踝关节角度差异较大,这可能是因为在击打瞬间运动员采用的击打部位不同造成的。(4)三位运动员的髋关节运动曲线相差不大,而三位运动员膝、踝、趾尖关节的运动曲线均有两次速度的峰值,分别在提膝阶段和踢击阶段偏后的时刻。依此建议,在以后训练中将加快提膝速度、缩短收腿落地阶段的时间,作为技术训练的主攻方向。

In this study, we took the axe kick of three women athletes of Anhui Province Taekwondo team use a video camera method with plane fixed-point fixed focus, and use the SHIXUN video analysis system to process the video data to research the object of artificial digital. We got the parameters which the athletes complete axe kick, and then explored the kinematics characteristic of axe kick, and provided a theoretical reference and practical reference significance to coaches and athletes who partici-pate in Taekwondo. The results show that:①The time of three players complete axe kick is ( 1. 040 ± 0. 156 ) s. The time of the leg landing stage is long, accounted for nearly half the time of the entire axe kick.② Adjusting the each joint angle of axe kick, athletes can effectively improve hitting accuracy of axe kick, whipping effect of swinging leg and quality of the overall movement comple-ted.③The differences of the ankle joint angle between gold X and other two athletes in the last minute of kicking stage is significant, which may be caused by different parts used by athletes in the hitting moment.④The differ-ences of the hip joint motion curves of three athletes are not significant, but the motion curves of three athletes’ knee,ankle,toe joint have two peaks of the speed,respec-tively in the knee lifting stage and the later moment of kick stage. We suggest that we should speed up the train-ing speed,shorten times of the legs knee landing stage in the future,as the main direction of technical training.
