采用聚乙烯蜡和一种食品添加剂 L 为石蜡改性剂，以改性石蜡的针入度、滴熔点为指标，考察反应时间、反应温度、搅拌速度、聚乙烯蜡和添加剂 L 的添加量等对石蜡性能的影响。结果表明，最佳改性条件为：反应时间5 h，反应温度150℃，搅拌速度600 r/ min，聚乙烯蜡添加量4%，添加剂 L 添加量8%。在此条件下，制备出的改性石蜡的针入度、滴熔点等符合一些地区病理科对医用切片石蜡的要求。

채용취을희사화일충식품첨가제 L 위석사개성제，이개성석사적침입도、적용점위지표，고찰반응시간、반응온도、교반속도、취을희사화첨가제 L 적첨가량등대석사성능적영향。결과표명，최가개성조건위：반응시간5 h，반응온도150℃，교반속도600 r/ min，취을희사첨가량4%，첨가제 L 첨가량8%。재차조건하，제비출적개성석사적침입도、적용점등부합일사지구병이과대의용절편석사적요구。
Using polyethylene wax and a kind of food additives named L as the modifiers of paraffin,and the modified paraffin penetration,drop melting point as index. The effects of reaction time,reaction tem-perature,stirring speed,the amount of polyethylene wax and L on the performance of paraffin was investi-gated. The result showed that the optimum modified condition were:the reaction time is 5 h,reaction tem-perature is 150 ℃,stirring speed is 600 r/ min,polyethylene wax is 4% ,L is 8% . Under this condition, the penetration,drop melting point of paraffin fit the requirements of medical sliced paraffin,it can be used to study the pathological tissue.
