以豆渣(BD)为原料,研究了用 NaOH(NBD)、乙二胺(EBD)化学改性豆渣作为吸附剂,吸附废水中的重金属离子 Pb(II)。研究了溶液初始浓度、吸附温度、溶液 pH、吸附时间对改性豆渣吸附废水中重金属离子 Pb(II)吸附性能的影响,由此得出了改性豆渣吸附剂的最佳吸附条件。并对改性豆渣吸附剂吸附 Pb(II)进行一级动力学与二级动力学拟合,拟合结果表明,该吸附过程更符合二级动力学模型。吸附过程为物理化学吸附行为。改性豆渣吸附剂吸附 Pb(II)等温线较符合 Freundlich 方程,吸附过程为多层吸附。热力学参数显示,改性豆渣吸附 Pb(II)的过程为吸热、自发的过程。实验结果表明,改性豆渣吸附剂对 Pb(II)的吸附效果明显优于未改性豆渣吸附剂。

The effectiveness of native and chemically modified bean dregs to remove heavy metal Pb(II)i-ons from aqueous solution was examined. Chemical modifications with some simple and low-cost chemicals resulted in enhancement of the adsorption capacities and had faster kinetics than native bean dregs. Ex-periments were conducted in shake flasks to monitor the upshot of parameters over a range of pH,initial Pb(II)concentrations and contact time using a batch model study. The result show that the optimum ad-sorption conditions of modified bean dregs adsorbent. The adsorption kinetics data were fit well by a pseu-do-second-order kinetic model. Adsorption process for the physical and chemical adsorption behavior. The isothermal sorption curve for Pb(II)sorption was fitted by the Freundlich model better than the Langmuir model. Adsorption process for the molecular adsorption. The thermodynamic parameters showed that Pb ( II) sorption onto soybean hulls was an endothermic,positively entropic,and spontaneous sorption process. Through the modification of bean dregs adsorbent compared with unmodified bean dregs(RBD) adsorbent adsorption performance,it is concluded that modified bean dregs adsorbent for the adsorption of Pb(II)effect is obviously better than that of the unmodified solids adsorbent.
