指出了随着我国经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，社会对高等护理人才有了更高的要求。如何培养出社会认可的高质量的护理人才，是高等护理教育必须面对且要解决的问题。分析了目前高校护理教学存在的弊端，如注重理论教学而轻视实验教学、过分关注学生考试分数而轻视学生自身素质教育、护理理论教学与实验教学方法陈旧等，提出了要提高护理专业毕业生质量，高校务必将教学改革贯穿于整个护理教学过程中。

With the development of economy and the rise of people's living standards , the society has a higher expectation for high nursing talents . How to cultivate the acceptable high quality nursing talents has become an urgent issue for higher nursing education .Through the analysis of the existing disadvantages of nursing teaching in colleges ,including stressing on theoretical teaching and the ignoring experimental teaching ,focusing on test scores and despising quality - oriented education ,adopting the old theoretical and experimental methods in nursing teaching and so on ,this article puts forward that the college teaching reform should be set throughout the entire process of nursing teaching ,which aims to improve the quality of nursing graduates .
