目的：探讨西咪替丁联合炎琥宁治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床价值。方法：收治小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予纠正酸碱平衡和电解质紊乱、合理饮食及炎琥宁注射液治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予西咪替丁治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组治愈时间、总治疗疗程、脱水纠正时间、止泻时间及治疗有效率均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的治疗中，西咪替丁联合炎琥宁具有较好的临床效果。

목적：탐토서미체정연합염호저치료소인륜상병독성장염적림상개치。방법：수치소인륜상병독성장염환인80례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조급여규정산감평형화전해질문란、합리음식급염호저주사액치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여서미체정치료。대비량조적치료효과。결과：관찰조치유시간、총치료료정、탈수규정시간、지사시간급치료유효솔균현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：재소인륜상병독성장염적치료중，서미체정연합염호저구유교호적림상효과。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of cimetidine combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods:80 children patients with infantile rotavirus enteritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the correction of acid-base balance and electrolyte disturbances,reasonable diet and Yanhuning injection treatment.The observation group was given cimetidine treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The cure time,total duration of treatment, dehydration correction time,antidiarrheal time and treatment effective rate of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis,cimetidine combined with Yanhuning has a good clinical effect.
