目的：探讨社区糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析100例社区糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床资料。结果：40%患者单用降糖药物，33%患者联合用药，27%患者三联用药。28%患者单用降压药物，50%患者联合用药，22%患者三联用药。用药不良反应发生率27%。患者血压、血糖控制效果较好。结论：社区糖尿病合并高血压患者须严格按照医嘱用药，减少不良反应、低血糖与并发症的发生率。
目的：探討社區糖尿病閤併高血壓患者的臨床治療效果。方法：迴顧性分析100例社區糖尿病閤併高血壓患者的臨床資料。結果：40%患者單用降糖藥物，33%患者聯閤用藥，27%患者三聯用藥。28%患者單用降壓藥物，50%患者聯閤用藥，22%患者三聯用藥。用藥不良反應髮生率27%。患者血壓、血糖控製效果較好。結論：社區糖尿病閤併高血壓患者鬚嚴格按照醫囑用藥，減少不良反應、低血糖與併髮癥的髮生率。
목적：탐토사구당뇨병합병고혈압환자적림상치료효과。방법：회고성분석100례사구당뇨병합병고혈압환자적림상자료。결과：40%환자단용강당약물，33%환자연합용약，27%환자삼련용약。28%환자단용강압약물，50%환자연합용약，22%환자삼련용약。용약불량반응발생솔27%。환자혈압、혈당공제효과교호。결론：사구당뇨병합병고혈압환자수엄격안조의촉용약，감소불량반응、저혈당여병발증적발생솔。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effects of patients with diabetes combined with hypertension in community. Methods:The clinical data of 100 cases of patients with diabetes combined with hypertension in community were analyzed retrospectively.Results:40% of patients had single hypoglycemic drugs,33% of patients had combined drugs,27% of patients had triple drugs.28% of patients had single antihypertensive drugs,50% of patients had combined drugs,27% of patients had triple drugs.The incidence of drug adverse reaction was 27%.The control effect of blood pressure,blood glucose in patients with was better.Conclusion:The patients with diabetes combined with hypertension in community should follow the doctor's advice strictly and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,low blood glucose and complications.
