目的：探讨晚断脐对母儿结局的影响。方法：收治37周≤妊娠＜42周的单胎顺产的新生儿100例，随机分为两组，各50例，观察组进行晚断脐，对照组按常规早断脐。结果：两组新生儿脐血血红蛋白值差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组24小时出血量较对照组少(P＜0.05)。结论：晚断脐对母儿结局无不良影响，建议临床产科工作中选择晚断脐，减少早断脐可能造成的不良影响。
목적：탐토만단제대모인결국적영향。방법：수치37주≤임신＜42주적단태순산적신생인100례，수궤분위량조，각50례，관찰조진행만단제，대조조안상규조단제。결과：량조신생인제혈혈홍단백치차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조24소시출혈량교대조조소(P＜0.05)。결론：만단제대모인결국무불량영향，건의림상산과공작중선택만단제，감소조단제가능조성적불량영향。
Objective:To investigate the effect of late neonatal umbilical cord on the outcome of neonatal mother.Methods:100 singleton eutocia pregnant women newborns were selected(37 weeks≤pregnancy time<42 weeks),they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the observation group were given late to cut the umbilical cord,the control group were given the conventional early umbilical.Results:There was significant difference in the blood hemoglobin values of the two groups(P< 0.05);the 24 hours bleeding volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There were no adverse effect of the late umbilical cord on the maternal and neonatal outcome,it is suggested that we should choose late umbilical cord in the clinical obstetric work,in order to reduce the adverse effects of early umbilical cord.
