针对目前高校体育课程考核中惯行的“考核是区分学生体育能力的基本工具”的现象，以南京理工大学紫金学院为试点单位，认真贯彻“考核是促进学生身心健康的重要手段”的指导思想，进行体育课程考核方法的改革与对比实验。结果表明：改革后的考核方法在专项技能教学中达到了事半功倍的效果；在提高学生的身体健康素质水平，转变学生的体育态度、运动动机及提高学生的运动频度、开阔学生的体育兴趣上明显优于传统考核方法，更有助于当代大学生体育运动习惯及终身体育意识的培养。
針對目前高校體育課程攷覈中慣行的“攷覈是區分學生體育能力的基本工具”的現象，以南京理工大學紫金學院為試點單位，認真貫徹“攷覈是促進學生身心健康的重要手段”的指導思想，進行體育課程攷覈方法的改革與對比實驗。結果錶明：改革後的攷覈方法在專項技能教學中達到瞭事半功倍的效果；在提高學生的身體健康素質水平，轉變學生的體育態度、運動動機及提高學生的運動頻度、開闊學生的體育興趣上明顯優于傳統攷覈方法，更有助于噹代大學生體育運動習慣及終身體育意識的培養。
침대목전고교체육과정고핵중관행적“고핵시구분학생체육능력적기본공구”적현상，이남경리공대학자금학원위시점단위，인진관철“고핵시촉진학생신심건강적중요수단”적지도사상，진행체육과정고핵방법적개혁여대비실험。결과표명：개혁후적고핵방법재전항기능교학중체도료사반공배적효과；재제고학생적신체건강소질수평，전변학생적체육태도、운동동궤급제고학생적운동빈도、개활학생적체육흥취상명현우우전통고핵방법，경유조우당대대학생체육운동습관급종신체육의식적배양。
This paper aimed at the phenomenon that “ex-amination is the basic tool to distinguish the sports ability between the students” which is popular in the PE curricu-lum of the universities recently, taking the Nanjing Uni-versity of science and technology ZiJin College as the ex-periment unit, and conscientiously carried out the guide-lines that“examination is an important means to promote students’ physical and psychology health, and had a re-form and contrast experiment on the examination methods of PE curriculum. Results show that after the specific skill teaching get twice the benefits with half the effort after the reform of examination methods;and it is superior to the traditional examination method in improving the students’ health quality level, changing the students’ attitude and interest about sports,and improving the students’ exercise frequency,and broaden the students’ interest in sports. It is contribute to cultivate sports habit and lifelong sports consciousness of the contemporary college students.
