大学生技能培养是近年来高校教学改革探讨的重要议题之一,采用何种教学模式实现培养目标则是研究核心。本文结合技能形成的普遍规律,将递进式教学模式分为三个阶段,通过每一个阶段的教学任务,再划分成知识学习、概念建立、片段模仿、整合练习、多元立体式训练、岗前和顶岗实训七个模块。第一阶段主要任务是使学生在头脑中或操作上,对技能有一个清晰的映像或认知;第二阶段要凸显每个片段技能特点,然后再结合讲述、模仿和器械等方法完成技能的整合。第三阶段是通过特色的教学设计等,追求技能的实用化,实现综合能力的培养。研究认为,这种教学模式可以提供一个技能操作的模拟空间或技能训练的经历,使学生更好地融入职场。

Training on college students’ skill is one of the important issues in the teaching reform of higher education in recent years,which teaching pattern we are supposed to choice is the core of the research. Combined with the skills of the formation of the common law, progressive teaching pattern can be divided into three stages,through the teaching task of every stage,and then they are divided into seven parts, they are:knowledge learning, concept conclusion, fragments of imitation, integration and the practice,multiple stereo type training,pre job and on-the-job training. The first phase of the main task is to make the students to have a clear image or recognition in their mind or operation;the second stage is to highlight the skills of each fragment,and then combined with the story, imitation and instruments and other methods to complete the integration of skills. The third stage is to achieve the comprehensive ability of the training,to achieve the pur-suit of practical skills. Studies suggest that this teaching model can provide a skill operation of the simulation space or skills training experience, which can make the students integrate into the workplace faster and better.
